Availability depends on country, account currency and payment-provider support. A method available for deposit is not automatically available for withdrawal in every region. Withdrawal availability depends on the verified deposit method, account history and regional payment support.

Deposits

After login, deposits are made through the Cashier and credited to the real balance after successful processing. The payment instrument must belong to the account holder.

For Visa and Mastercard:

  • minimum deposit: USD 10 per transaction;
  • maximum deposit: USD 100,000 per transaction.

Deposit limits for e-wallets and local methods depend on the provider, currency and account region.

Payment Ownership

Third-party deposits are not accepted. Cardholder information must match the player account when cards are used, and e-wallet or bank-account ownership may be verified before funds are released.

The same principle applies to withdrawals. A card, e-wallet or bank account belonging to another person cannot be used as a substitute payout method for the account holder.

Anonymous payment instruments are not accepted for transactions that require verified ownership.

Withdrawals

A withdrawal generally returns through the same payment method used for the deposit. Before processing, the account may need a completed player profile, cleared incoming payments and completed KYC verification.

At least one deposit is required before withdrawal processing. Payment history and ownership affect which payout method is available from the cashier.

VulkanBet Withdrawal Times

Withdrawal approval time increases with the requested amount:

Up to USD 300Within 2 days
USD 301–1,500Within 5 days
USD 1,501–15,000Within 14 days
USD 15,001+Within 30 days

Weekends and holidays are excluded from these approval periods. Approval and final arrival are separate stages. After approval, the bank, card network or e-wallet can add its own processing time.

Visa and Mastercard Withdrawal Limits

For Visa and Mastercard withdrawals:

  • minimum withdrawal: USD 10 per transaction;
  • maximum withdrawal: USD 450 per transaction.

These per-transaction card limits are separate from the overall withdrawal approval bands.

KYC and Withdrawal Verification

Verification can be triggered when:

  • total transactions reach USD/EUR 1,000;
  • a withdrawal request exceeds USD 1,000;
  • payment ownership requires confirmation;
  • account security or transaction risk requires additional verification.

We may request an identity document, proof of address, proof of payment instrument, a player photo or selfie, a bank statement, source-of-funds information, source-of-wealth information, phone verification or video verification.

A withdrawal may remain restricted until the required verification is completed.

Pending or Delayed Withdrawals

A withdrawal can remain pending when verification is incomplete, account information is incomplete, incoming funds have not fully cleared or the requested payout method does not match the verified deposit history.

Additional payment ownership controls can also delay processing. Larger requests fall into longer approval bands, and the bank or e-wallet may need extra time after VulkanBet approval.

Payments involving a mobile operator can be subject to fraud-control processing that adds 2–3 weeks in applicable cases.

Low-Turnover Deposits

A deposit is not intended to be used only as a transfer channel. When turnover is less than two times the deposit amount, we may apply a 20% withholding.

Additional costs can also apply when deposited funds are withdrawn without being put into play. This is not a standard charge on every withdrawal; it applies to low-turnover or non-played deposits.

High Win-to-Deposit Withdrawal Limit

If the current balance plus lifetime withdrawals and requested withdrawals reaches at least 20 times total deposits, withdrawals can be limited to EUR 5,000 or equivalent during a 30-day period.

This rule is separate from per-transaction card limits and the standard withdrawal approval bands.

Bonus Balance and Withdrawals

Casino bonus funds remain separate from the real balance. A withdrawal can be requested while a bonus is active, but successful withdrawal processing forfeits the remaining active bonus balance if wagering has not been completed.

No-deposit promotions can also use their own maximum cashout limits.

Payments on Mobile

The Cashier is available from the Android app, iOS app and mobile browser. Mobile access uses the same payment methods, ownership requirements, KYC rules and withdrawal approval periods as desktop.

There is no separate mobile balance. Deposits made on a phone enter the same real balance used on desktop, and mobile withdrawal requests are processed against the same player account.
